Responsibilities
- Set up and deliver external beam radiotherapy on assigned patients, including immobilization and verification of positioning
- Use TrueBeam accelerator with image-guided radiotherapy to deliver dose per the treatment plan; apply SRS, SBRT, IMRT, and conformal techniques
- Perform image verification and daily imaging as required; ensure treatment accuracy and patient safety
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and other team members; adhere to department protocols and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment delivery in ARIA and the electronic medical record; contribute to charting and QA processes
- Provide direct patient care with clear communication and professional demeanor; participate in weekly on-call coverage as assigned

Requirements
- ARRT certification and BLS required
- Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapist experience; TrueBeam experience required; ARIA experience preferred
- Ability to work independently after a brief department-specific orientation; strong teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency with SRS, SBRT, IMRT, and conformal treatment techniques
- Willingness to support rotating on-call coverage and travel to a travel assignment
